**Return and Exchange Policy**
At OYASIS, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit. Please read the following for return/exchange eligibility:
**Returns:**
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
**Exchanges:**
- Exchanges can be made for a different size or style of the same product, subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased. Please carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and any available customer reviews before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit and style.
**Shipping Policy**
At OYASIS, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your swimwear. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase - NOT INCLUDING PRE-ORDER ITEMS. Pre-order merchandise will be shipped once available.
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120 CAD within Canada and the United States. Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 CAD on all orders $0-$119.99 CAD shipped within Canada. Standard Rate Shipping of $30.00 USD on all orders $0-119.99 USD outside of Canada. Standard Rate Shipping of $15.00 USD on all orders over $120 USD outside of Canada.
**Processing Time:**
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
**Shipping Methods:**
- We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The specific shipping method and cost will be calculated at checkout.
**Delivery Time:**
- Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
